I move amendment No. 20:
In page 29, to delete line 2 and substitute the following:“(3) (a) Subsection (1)(a)(i)(II) shall apply to disposals occurring on or after 1 January 2019.
(b) Subject to paragraph (a), this section shall apply to IREF taxable events occurring on or after 19 October 2017.”.
