Could I get clarification on one point? I do not wish to delay the committee. Notwithstanding whether the service provider was treated fairly - we have gone over all of that - the bone of contention is that in a previous hearing of the PAC reference was made to funding of the service provider and whether there was a net cut or an increase. I think it was said there was a 2% increase in 2010. Could Mr. O'Brien acknowledge that perhaps the information that was given in terms of how it was framed was not as accurate as it should have been?
