Deloitte Report on Cost of Care in Grace Case

The accountable person does very much bear it in mind. The first question is on whether there is evidence that the service provider was disproportionately treated. Only if there is evidence of that does the question of why become relevant. There are two relevant points here. First, I need to establish whether there is evidence that the service provider was treated unfairly in financial terms. At the moment, I do not see any. On the second question, if the answer to the first was “Yes” no external reviewer without powers of compellability could possibly reach a point at which it could give me an opinion on that. That is properly a matter for a statutory body with the ability to compel witnesses to answer, such as the one that is now sitting-----
