I agree when an issue emerges, there has to be somebody equipped to respond. It is important it involves both primary and post-primary pupils because those going online are getting younger. Earlier, An Garda Síochána spoke about rolling out a programme with transition year pupils which is to be commended. They can engage with the first-year pupils as they come into the school. It creates awareness and responsibility, as well as bringing out a level of maturity of understanding. That is how we can empower from a bottom-up approach. Do the witnesses agree with that?
