I will go through each of Deputy Troy's questions in turn. I do not want to skip over the suggestions of a swamp, waste and skullduggery. I am aware of no circumstances of anything that could be described in that colourful language. Having been on the board and, more importantly, having chaired the audit committee and having reviewed on a regular basis detailed internal audit reports of various aspects of the business, including procurement, I have no concern about what the Deputy described from a newspaper article as skullduggery or a swamp or waste.
