Ms Derville Rowland:
Litigation cases take a long time, which is normal. One works in a different timescale because of the close nature of the work.
As we come through the system, decisions will be made. We are now set up in enforcement to run a number of large scale cases concurrently in this area. As we make these decisions, there will be more updates, and we will give the committee more updates I do not want to come here three or four years from now to say that we are opening cases. I want to be able to say that the decisions are being taken in the next period of time, and a reasonable period of time. I am not talking two years or anything like it. I am saying as that information comes through and we are working through it-----
