I am surprised by that. Everything here smacks of collusion by the banks in terms of making the same mistake at the same time across the same number of accounts. To me, where there is a suspicion of collusion then one would imagine that there would be a mass unnotified inspection of files that might not be available to the Central Bank were it to make the arrangements to go in. We have seen instances where arrangements have been made to arrest people at a particular time. In terms of dealing with this banking crisis, I ask the witnesses to speak on this matter for a minute. Does the Central Bank suspect that the banks may have colluded?
