If the witness had made that argument at 1.45 p.m., I would have understood what she is trying to tell us. Although my colleagues might be very well informed and have conducted much research on the matter, I am coming to this issue completely cold. There is currently an impasse. What is the intention of the Save Cork City group in this regard? Will it take court proceedings to stop progress or will it go away or somewhere else? At what stage is that process?
