It is not in our interest to have a huge amount of traffic on some of the network because that is a stress. Deputy Cassells mentioned the N3 between Blanchardstown and the M50. That will reach saturation point at some stage. The next solution is not to go another four or five lanes in each direction. The solution is in integrated transport.
