I do not want this to be one long whinge from this side of the table. We are making progress. There is no doubt about that. The truth is gradually being dragged out, piece by piece. Families will not give up and we will not give up. We are making significant progress, through low cunning sometimes, and through tenacity. Because of families, we are going forward. We are not stationary and we are certainly not going backwards. We are going forward and we will continue to do so.
