I have two brief questions. Ms Anne Cadwallader made a point in her remarks about the criminal justice budget that 0.2% goes to legacy issues. In the additional £1 billion that has been secured, does she know if any of this has been allocated for legacy issues?

In relation to the cases that were not accepted by the ombudsman, does Ms Urwin know if any reason was given, or what were the reasons given? I ask the witnesses to comment and to make any concluding remarks that they might like to make.
