It was late for sure. The redress process in 2015 was not even there, it had to be adopted. It was resisted. It was voluntary when PTSB accepted it. A lot has happened in a short time in that regard because they came from having nothing in place to redress it. I do not believe they thought it was going to be as big an issue as it became.
