"Yes," is the answer to that question. For instance, would a pre-existing medical condition such as a tendency to high blood pressure constitute a crisis pregnancy? How does the present legislation affect the witnesses in their judgement in that regard, given that there have been a number of serious casualties - deaths - in such circumstances? How do they feel practices should deal with kind of situation now?
