I assume, in light of Dr. O'Shea's previous comments, the existence of the Protection of Life During Pregnancy Act, the presence of the eight amendment to the Constitution and all of the issues I have just discussed, that I could sum up the situation by saying they are bad for women's health in Ireland. Could I say that?
