No. Customers are changing in terms of their behaviour, and we will continue to respond and adapt our branch network and services more broadly to customers' behaviour. The footfall in the branches that closed was very small. One of my colleagues remarked that a Centra store could not be sustained on some of the footfall our branches were receiving, let alone a bank branch.
