Fáilte go dti an cruinniú. I want to go back over some of the ground that Deputy Michael McGrath covered, in particular, the commitment Mr. Mallon gave to the bank's customers last year when I questioned him. I will refresh his memory. I asked him in autumn 2016 why when this investigation had started in December 2015 customers has not been put back onto their tracker rates, which is the first thing that the Central Bank requires the bank to do, namely, do no more harm and steal no more money from its customers. I asked Mr. Mallon, "Will all these customers receive a letter and be put back on their tracker mortgages before Christmas?" Mr. Mallon replied, "That is certainly the intention. We will certainly be writing to them". Why did he not keep his word on that?
