Mr. Gerry Mallon:
In terms of that 14 or 15, as we have found more customers impacted by the tracker mortgage examination, we have found more customers who have lost their homes. In some cases the issue of whether a customer was on a tracker mortgage was not going to have made any significant difference because of the customer's circumstances. The important issue for us to examine whether it could have made the marginal difference which would have allowed that customer to be in their home. In that case it is the bank's fault. We need to take charge of it and to be responsible.
