I appreciate completely and share the frustration in relation to this. The thing that is constraining us is the complexity and scale and the fact that it is not just an issue of resources. We have more than 200 people who are subject matter experts and we have supplemented internal resources with external ones. We have brought back people who used to work for the bank to focus on this. We have a large team which is working very hard on this.
