I thank the Minister for his update. My question is less on the Estimate and more on our future capacity. It is similar to that asked by the Chairman. Recognising that we are behind in reducing the amount of energy lost through heat, does the Minister feel the grant system in place is sufficient to meet the demand in the context of meeting our targets? Should the committee help the Minister to make the argument to Government for additional funding and to increase the reach and spread of these schemes? Does the Minister think the demand for these schemes exceeds what he currently provides? Is there evidence at departmental level that if more moneys were available from Government for these schemes, there would be greater demand?
