Most questions have covered a wide range of areas. I thank the three bodies for their presentations, for their commitment to the legislation and for their input to date. I acknowledge the issues that have been raised around the latent defects issue, and also the issue of ministerial appointments and the need to achieve the sort of balance felt is necessary in order for the board to do its work in an independent manner and be sure to do as we would hope it says on the tin.

I thank the witnesses again. We would hope to address some of the issues that they have raised with a view to the passage of the legislation during the various processes.
