I assume the witnesses were watching last week and read the transcript of the meeting. Mary O'Toole, a senior counsel, said that most of the cases that come before her related to children. She specifically referenced children in care. To me, nothing is going to change for them, the simple reason being that they will still have to come before the courts for a decision to be made on access if their life is at risk or anything like that. Do the witnesses agree with me?
