It is a bit confusing for people with the setting of two different strategies and sets of policies for two different sets of customers. It almost creates the illusion of competition and the running of two banks. There is an integral unfairness there as customers are treated differently, and I suppose that is why we have been contacted as a finance committee by customers aggrieved in that way.
