In a moment we will go into private session. We have two items on the agenda to discuss in private session. First, from the Office of the Parliamentary Legal Adviser, is a briefing on the implications of the Angela Kerins decision. We did not get an opportunity to discuss that briefing before the summer break. Second is advice from the Office of the Parliamentary Legal Adviser for members on consideration of protected disclosures and how best to deal with them.
