The lodgment functionality we have is not available in multiple languages in other jurisdictions. We have added additional functionality. Doing the coding behind this functionality in multiple languages slows down the transaction response time. I get a lot of feedback from the 99% who do not use Irish - and the number is much more than 99%, it is quite a significant percentage more - asking why they have to go through this extra step of choosing English or Irish every time. People get frustrated and ask why they have to do it every time. It does impact responses.
