Once again, to make it absolutely clear, and I hope all members of the committee take this on board, what I was trying to get across was that, at the end of the day, if the Constitution was amended to provide that it would be for the Legislature to legislate for those matters, it would not be open to constitutional challenge. In other words, there would be clarity.
