I have two final short questions, the first of which relates to the smoothing effect in terms of capital expenditure. We could provide for €200 million in tax cuts through rate increases or a reduction of half a percentage point in the USC rate, which would give someone on an average income approximately €1 a week. However, that figure could be quadrupled if we used capital expenditure for housing.
