Is IBEC concerned about the possibility of Ireland facing significant fines of hundreds of millions of euro in the very near future for not meeting our climate objectives? Is Ireland's reputation being damaged internationally by being seen increasingly as a climate laggard? Does Mr. O'Brien believe there is a new clean industrial revolution taking place around the world and that those economies which are part of that will succeed? To come back to the last question, if I am correct in those assumptions, why does the IBEC's report have nothing to say about environmental sustainability in the budget? Does it believe it is irrelevant?
