I wonder if Mr. Justice Moran should come to us also as there are questions which need to be answered. In the report he commends the OCI and the president for their co-operation, yet when it was commissioned initially, the inquiry was to finish within 12 weeks. Why are we thanking the OCI for its co-operation when its last contribution to the report was made after nearly nine months? How did it keep the judge waiting for information?
