This a very vulnerable group of people, many of whom do not want to be wards of court. Very often, they are wholly dependent on the Courts Service to properly manage the funds for their care. It is, therefore, an extremely important group of people who must be protected as well as possible. The witness has indicated he expects there will be another review. When will that take place and will it be independent?
