If there are rules and regulations in a normal market that need to be adhered to and were put in place with the best of intentions, we all acknowledge that, but we are not in a normal market. There is an emergency and a crisis. If rules must be changed for a sunset period to allow things to be done, we need to know about them in order that we can put pressure on those who are in a position to put proposals to the floor of the Dáil, and we will support them. We can play politics another day. This must be sorted.
