I am finished as it is. The only other query was on inspections on rental. We have a target of inspecting every HAP property within eight months of coming into the scheme. I can only speak for myself, although I think generally the local authority system is achieving that. We would welcome more resources to increase the number of rental inspections. It goes without saying that it is labour intensive.
