On behalf of the committee, I thank Professor McElvaney, Mr. Lodge and Ms Kelly for coming before us and putting their case so eloquently. I am glad that they had the opportunity to listen to the HSE and the NCPE. It is helpful for those who are advocates who are welcome to attend public sessions of the committee at any time to see that when representatives of the HSE and NCPE come before us, we do attempt to hold them to account and ask the important questions.
