I will allow members ask another round of questions. They should ask all questions together, after which the witnesses will respond. All members know that I do not protect witnesses in any way. All Deputies and Senators should be able to ask questions that are important to them and their constituents. However, when questions are asked, that should be done in a respectful manner because the witnesses are messengers. They do not make the laws. The laws enforced throughout the country are made in Leinster House. Deputies and Senators are responsible for any law that is being used with regard to decisions around the country. When members ask questions, they should do so in a respectful fashion.
