At the request of the broadcasting and recording services, members are asked to ensure their mobile phones are turned off or switched to airplane or flight mode, depending on the device used, for the duration of the meeting. It is not sufficient to leave them in silent mode, as it will maintain a level of interference with the broadcasting and recording systems.
