I will interject and ask Mr. Fleming a question if he does not mind. Is he saying this is a racist issue? In his opinion, are only coloured people affected by this? Can Mr. Fleming give us an example scenario? Are there 20 or 30 crew members on a trawler or ten? Are two or three people being picked out while the rest are being treated well?
