There was a question about what it was like having to provide that service. It is stressful, and one feels guilty much of the time because one is not offering the service that one would like to offer. That is the truth. I think that is why many people have left, because they found that very difficult to deal with on a personal basis. We are not blaming anyone for this. The HSE staff that we deal with are aware of the difficulties but there is only so much they can do if they do not have the funding. They cannot do anything either. It is stressful for people and that is why they leave.
