I move amendment No. 165:

In page 18, between lines 10 and 11, to insert the following: “(f) ascertain whether or not the board has complied with a direction under section 29D or 29E, and where he or she considers that the board is not so complying, set out the remedial action which he or she considers should be taken by the board.”.
