I move amendment No. 147:

In page 15, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following:" 'all reasonable efforts’ shall not be taken to place an additional requirement on parents to source a school place for their child above what would be expected in normal circumstances and having regard to the principle that the best interests of the child are served in the local school unless circumstances require otherwise;".
