I move amendment No. 145:

In page 15, between lines 1 and 2, to insert the following:“(20) Where an appeal concerns a school which teaches through the medium of Irish, the members of the appeal committee hearing and determining the appeal shall have the ability to hear and read evidence and submissions in the Irish language without interpretation or translation and the appeal committee shall conduct its business with such school in the Irish language.”.
