I move amendment No. 142:

In page 14, to delete lines 33 to 36 and substitute the following:“(19) The Minister may, in the interests of the operation of an efficient appeals process under this section and following consultation with the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, the Council, the Agency, bodies representative of patrons, national associations of parents, recognised school management organisations and recognised trade unions and staff associations representing teachers, determine procedures to—”.
