I move amendment No. 83:

In page 11, between lines 11 and 12, to insert the following:“(f) the catchment area for each school or schools for the purposes of school admissions, which can be sized according to the denominational status of the school based on principles specified by the Minister in regulations under this section.”.

On the basis that the Minister is coming back with proposals, I will withdraw the amendment for the time being, but our policy is still to use the catchment area system.
