I move amendment No. 54:

In page 8, lines 37 and 38, to delete “the principles of inclusion and equality of access to and participation in education,” and substitute the following:“the principles of inclusion and equality of access to and participation in education and the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, clarity and fairness for applicants and schools,”.
