Yes, I can respond to that by referring to the cases I was reviewing. I have had the benefit of looking at a large amount of PULSE data which gives one an insight into the changing face of substance abuse. It is not just alcohol, there certainly is an increasing tendency towards drug abuse and I think there is a message therein for legislators in terms of much tougher legislation being introduced on drug use in terms of its impact on children and vulnerable people. The landscape has changed. My view is that there is an increasing instance of drug and solvent abuse.
