The last question is one of mine that the witnesses might not have covered. Under certain circumstances, could professional lettings be putting pressure on supply in specific areas? Most of the housing constraint is in the cities. What evidence do the witnesses have in this respect? Do they believe this is putting pressure on the market in Dublin?
