What details does Airbnb use to verify that individual hosts do not have multiple properties under different accounts? How does it verify that? In his written submission to the committee, Mr. Parkinson wrote that professional lettings could, under certain circumstances, be putting pressure on supply in specific areas of the most housing-constrained cities. What evidence does he have in that regard and are they putting pressure on the market in Dublin?
