Mr. Farrell understands what I am saying. I am putting the question to Mr. Collins because we were told that the site was separate. Mr. Collins said that UCC bought the company for nothing and then he said that it paid €20 million to buy the property which was used to offset the liability. Was that a condition of buying the company?
