A busy Accounting Officer would not be spending his Thursdays watching this meeting and maybe he needs to know what is the format, what happens. Dr. Love said that if it helped assist the Accounting Officer in marshalling his facts and being a bit more concise in his presentation to communicate effectively to the public through us, perhaps it was acceptable. I do not have as closed a view on it; there could be a benefit.
