I have a further proposal on the defence issue. If it is not appropriate or not considered necessary to hear from the representative associations, in the alternative might we hear from the Minister of State with special responsibility for defence, Deputy Paul Kehoe? Perhaps he would brief the committee on his Department's work in that regard.
