There were up to 80 findings in that report, all of which were flagged as high priorities. Mr. O'Brien might also remember that, because of the nature of the issues raised, the internal audit found that there were systemic problems in the HSE's relationship with the organisations and service level agreements in question. Since then, there have been issues with GLEN, St. John of God and so on. The problem does not seem to have gone away. Now, there are problems with other sections 38 and 39 organisations. What improvements in processes have been made by the HSE to ensure that these types of situation do not recur repeatedly? We do not want to deal with these issues time and again. It is taxpayers' money.

I will put a number of specific questions. Was GLEN funded by the HSE? I will get to my questions on St. John of God, which is funded by the HSE, later. Subsequent to the internal audit report into Console, what changes, if any, in governance have been made by the HSE?
