Of course, it is possible because I would expect that the reviewers would, in the course of their work, needed to have information from both the national division and the local office, as a result of which they would have gone back to check its interpretation of that information. In the ordinary course, I would not regard that as interference, no more than when I am asked by the Comptroller and Auditor General, by formal correspondence, to provide feedback on draft reports which will ultimately come here. If I provide that feedback, I do not regard it as interference and I do not think the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General does either.
